bors-servo d683ba8d98 Auto merge of #44 - pcwalton:fill-color-and-font-aa, r=metajack

Add support for fill colors and font AA.

Also, mark Core Graphics contexts as `Send` and `Sync` since (I believe) they
are thread-safe.
