Rename master branch to main ( #658 )
...
This is in line with a decision made about the Servo organization by the Servo TSC. We consider `main` to be shorter, easier to type, and more modern, so we are standardizing on this branch name.

* run tests on MSRV, for all macOS versions
* use dtolnay/rust-toolchain rather than unmaintained actions-rs/toolchain
* remove "msrv" build target as blocker for build result, as it is part of build
* update outdated actions/checkout

Bump macOS GitHub actions to macOS 11
...
macOS 10.15 runner image is removed since 8/30/22
(https://github.blog/changelog/2022-07-20-github-actions-the-macos-10-15-actions-runner-image-is-being-deprecated-and-will-be-removed-by-8-30-22/ ).
Using it makes GitHub Actions stuck forever.
