Under explicit user direction, the active product phase is a dense Decision Assistant operator workspace with grouped recall, broader replay baselines, note templates, quick-save shortcuts, and concrete OKX announcements/system-status read-only sources. This run closed H16/F17/G16/D18 by adding handoff resume persistence / resolved-lane state, digest proof follow-up resolution history / stale queue aging, template preference recovery / guardrail audit trails, and setup-family promotion decision history / review-lane aging. Local validation passed, the current working tree was deployed, and remote smoke confirmed the latest Decision Assistant fields on the live host.
