• 2026-05-04 完成 P1 交易主线功能闭环：为 historical compatibility repair 新增 liquidity reference migration planning/apply path 与 conflict protection；signal evidence 链补齐 sweep_id / displacement_id / liquidity_target_id 并把交易主线默认切到 strict；execution settlement 升级为显式 observation 驱动状态机，新增 settlement_source / fill_state / position_state / close_reason；主闭环、backtest、signal scripts 与 dashboard 新增 bias_tf / setup_tf / trigger_tf 多 timeframe 入口及 by_timeframe 统计展示；已通过 focused tests、全量单测、offline checks 与 JS syntax check。
• 2026-05-04 完成 P0 单一编排入口与决策闭环：新增 scripts/run_trading_delivery_rehearsal.py，把 checklist drift check、historical repair dry-run/optional safe apply、database readiness/auto-backfill/guarded pipeline、deploy/health-check、post-deploy observe 串成一个脚本化 rehearsal；默认把高风险 sweep_event pool_id 引用迁移决策固化为 explicit defer，并补充 focused tests，避免 P0 继续停留在“靠聊天记忆手动拼流程”的状态。
• 2026-05-04 完成交易模块交付前运行/观测/回滚清单固化：新增 scripts/check_trading_delivery_readiness.py 作为 checklist 单一来源，把 preflight / database gate / deploy / observe / rollback 命令顺序同步到 README.md 与 RUNBOOK.md，扩展 tests/unit/test_trading_delivery_readiness.py、tests/unit/test_documentation_consistency.py 与 offline checks；同时把 run_historical_compatibility_repair.py --apply-safe-repairs 文档语义更新为当前真实实现（signal invalidations、MSS/FVG meta、liquidity safe merges），避免交易交付继续依赖聊天记忆。
