Watchdog Webhook State
AI_CONTRACT_WATCHDOG_WEBHOOK_URL is not configured in the current runtime. Handover keeps this as an explicit external blocked item until a real receiver confirms alert delivery.
Retention Rule
Keep at least the latest 20 watchdog evidence artifacts and 30 days of daily/weekly evidence unless storage pressure requires a documented cleanup run.
