Gate

Run the delivery acceptance gate from the repository root:

powershell.exe -NoProfile -ExecutionPolicy Bypass -File scripts\run-delivery-acceptance-gate.ps1

The current expected status is PASS_WITH_WEBHOOK_BLOCKED until a real external alert Webhook is provided through AI_CONTRACT_WATCHDOG_WEBHOOK_URL.
