+

+6. 验证默认管理员初始密码已被拒绝。

+1. required 检查全部通过。
+2. readiness 为 `ready`。

+5. 默认管理员初始密码登录返回 401。

+## 三、管理员密码口径
+
+1. 管理员真实密码不得写入 Git、文档、脚本、`.env` 或日志。
+2. 自动化 E2E 需要管理员登录时，只通过当前终端环境变量提供：

+## 四、备份恢复口径
+
+阶段 5 下一步将新增 `scripts/run-backup-drill.ps1`。当前原则先固定：
+
+1. 生产备份可以读取生产数据。
+2. 恢复验证必须在隔离目录或临时数据库执行。
+3. 禁止把恢复演练直接覆盖生产库。
+4. 每次备份必须记录备份路径、文件大小、生成时间和校验方式。
+5. 每次恢复演练必须有独立日志和 PASS/FAIL 结论。
